On day 1 we had issues with Gyser, iron box and kettle not working. we had to manage with hot water being supplied in a bucket.

The property is amazing beautiful and the staffs are very nice and supportive Mr Jagadev, Mr Ritish helped us a lot during our stay. manoyara.

I am honestly shocked that a 5-star Sterling property has allowed its standards to fall this low. From the poor cleanliness and subpar food to the lack of staff attentiveness, the entire experience has been a complete disappointment and is nowhere near the quality I expected.

It was a wonderful experience! I travelled with my family, including my parents, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very cooperative and promptly changed our room as per our request, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. My parents especially had a great time — overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay!

Initially, the room allotted to us was in the basement and had a strong, unpleasant odor, which we did not expect. It was quite disappointing as it affected our first impression of the stay. We would suggest ensuring that basement rooms are better ventilated and freshened before guest check-in, or informing guests in advance about the room location.

It syncs to the natural beauty so well with an amazing scenery of greenish mountain belts from most of the sides

On the first day, the room I was given was disappointing.

after I made a complaint the next day, they promptly changed my room, and the new one was much better.

Routine Cleaning not happened and tissue box , towel like necessary items not available , heater not working and after request it is placed.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the RatingI stayed for 2 nights and had a very poor experience:•Every morning was a struggle to get hot water. We had to call multiple times, and technicians would arrive only to waste 2 hours without a solution. Finally, they gave hot water in a bucket, which felt no different than using a public toilet in Mumbai. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category.•Frequent power cuts — at least 5 times a day — disrupted our comfort and routine.•The breakfast area was chaotic and overcrowded, more like a fish market than a restaurant.•Most of the staff were unresponsive and lacked basic hospitality training. The only exception was Mr. Annadurai, who was courteous and helpful.•The managers were just standing around, doing nothing to assist or manage the situation.•There was clear discrimination between guests, which was very disappointing and made us feel unwelcome.I strongly urge Booking.com to reconsider this hotel’s rating. The current rating does not reflect reality, and guests deserve transparency to make better choices.

Overall experience was Good but still need more improvement.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options, but the live kitchen chef seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage the crowd efficiently. He was visibly sweating, and at one point, a utensil accidentally fell into the dosa batter.Additionally, many tables remained uncleaned, leaving several guests waiting for staff to clear them before they could be seated. While the room area was spacious, some basic facilities were lacking. For instance, the restroom had no proper storage space for soap or shampoo, requiring guests to repeatedly take them from the handwash station.

The location and facilities make it a perfect resort with an amazing view.

The property needs a proper refurbishment as the rooms appear worn out.

Initially i did not get the correct room but later they changed after lot of followup. They gave a free upgrade which was nice. The staff at front desk seemed to be mostly clueless and was not very helpful. Only after speaking to manager there was some action. Property was average overall. There is no cover over the dining area and all the rooms open to that space, so there is noise in the rooms in the main building all the time. There was frequent stench of STP water also. Cleanliness was also averagePros : location is good, view is good, food is decent, resortprovides activities.

This property is dated and the furnitures and some fixtures are looking very tired1st day I was given a room down in the valley, walking up for meals can be challenging for seniorsThe staff especially Rikesh from front desk was so helpful he changed our room to main building and our staff was much better.
